GENERAL TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
The conditions and terms for booking and purchasing tourist packages form an integral part of the contract made between the traveler and the tourist agency when arranging a tourist package. These general business terms are available on the Rafting Thrills Cetina website and provide the framework for resolving any disputes that may arise between the guest and the agency. Both parties agree to attempt resolving any disputes amicably. Should litigation be necessary, the jurisdiction falls to the courts in Split, and Croatian law will apply.
BOOKING PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS
You can make inquiries and bookings by contacting us via email, telephone, or WhatsApp. When you make a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the full terms and conditions of our agency, thus establishing these terms as a legally binding agreement between you (the guest) and Rafting Thrills Cetina. It is essential for clients to provide all necessary information required during the booking process or as specified on our website.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Services can be paid for exclusively in euros, and only cash payments are accepted. All prices for our services and package combinations are clearly displayed on our website in euros. Please note that these prices are final and include all applicable taxes, ensuring transparency and avoiding any potential discrepancies in currency conversion. Receipts, which include VAT as required by Croatian law, will be provided for every transaction.
RIGHT TO CHANGE AND CANCEL RESERVATION
Rafting Thrills Cetina reserves the right to modify itineraries partially or completely if unforeseen circumstances occur that were not predictable or avoidable before the trip commenced. If Rafting Thrills Cetina cancels a trip, clients are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid but not to any additional compensation for damages. Should a client’s reservation become impossible to fulfill for valid reasons, an alternative of equal or higher quality will be provided. Changes or cancellations by the client must be communicated in writing (via email, phone, or WhatsApp) at least 24 hours before departure. If a client fails to show up on the day of the excursion or cancels less than 24 hours prior to departure, Rafting Thrills Cetina retains the right to the full amount paid.
LUGGAGE AND HEALTH POLICIES
Rafting Thrills Cetina is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage. Guests must inform Rafting Thrills Cetina of any health conditions or habits that could jeopardize the safety or success of the trip.
INSURANCE
All clients participating in trips organized by Rafting Thrills Cetina are covered by an insurance policy. The package price does not include additional insurance. We strongly recommend that clients obtain a travel insurance policy in their home country.
